Hi mimir. Nice to see you back. Anything new and exciting in your stable these days? Still flying the HBK2?

Yeah, well life has been more than a little rough on me, but you all probably don't want all the ugly details of that.
The HBK2 is (as always) in need of repair. I have been flying my mSR a little.
I have been again contemplating an align 500 or 550.

From everything I have read and seen it is one bad heli and is going to be my next. Heck I have already put in a bed lol bid on ebay on one that is, for lack of a better term a bare bones kit. You put in it what you want and it can even be stretched to a 550 size if you want. Dave

I will look at it. I just want something bigger and more stable than the HBK2 which is just too small and twitchy for me. Well don't say I didn't warn you... ;D I found out my wife has been having an affair for almost a year. I finally found out about it 5 days after our 23rd wedding anniversary. I stupidly tried to salvage the marriage until November and finally kicked her out the weekend before Thanksgiving. Oh and to top it all off, she was having the affair with another woman Needless to say I am now going through a divorce. I also had a week long stay in the hospital with bilateral pulmonary embolisms. There you have the readers digest condensed version of the hell I have been in....

Hey mimir you didn't warn me........ there I said it. No really sorry to hear this but in your case it sounds like it was for the best that you booted her out IMO. The sad part is, like the song says "she got the goldmine and I got the shaft". Hope it works out for you better than that buddy. As far as the 425 there is a great thread over in the "Beginners" forum on it, check it out when you get the time. Dave

Thanks for the support guys. I am better off now, it just hurt like hell to be betrayed by her like that. Anyhow, enough of me dumping on you all.... Bring on the RC stuff

Sorry you had to go through all that. Betrayal on a personal level is the most difficult thing to deal with IMO. It's good to get these things out in the open. There's no shame in sharing your feelings. It's better than letting it eat you up inside.
