It is a pretty good site and it seems I have seen it before the other night when mighty pointed me in that direction with the ongoing ESC card problem I am having.

Bringing this thread back from the dead. I know I hadn't touched my site in a while, but, I've been working on it all weekend. I'm getting ready to go Flybarless on a 250, so I'll be adding that to the 250 page. I've ordered the Align 3G Flybarless System, and I have a brand new 250SE it's going to go on. Look for that information around FEB 15.
Also, I've cleaned up the Fonts, and streamlined the site so that it loads well in both Firefox and IE. I'm uploading some old videos too. Most of the info is still good. I don't think Helista Magazine is still doing business but the link is still good so.... enjoy.

very cool guys im working on a blg to talk about helis and computers and just general all around techy toys.. and to me a heli is a techy toy cause of all the knowledge you need to build and fly them. anyways once my site is ready ill let ya all know. i plan to cover gaming, helis, computers, gadgets all sorts of things. some of the stuff i get will come from mags, or other sites, sometimes it will come from right here. and i plan to build a links section so your guys sites will also be listed one thing i would like is a poll on flight sims, give people the choice of two options and lets see which ones people like id love that to be on my blog info about them based off user experiances from beginner to expert flying

ok. it was time for my yearly tune up .... but... since the switch to gas, there's been a renewed interest in maintaining it. I've taken somewhat of a new direction with the site. I'm focusing on gas power and airbrushing, so I'm archiving everything else. I know most of you guys are into electrics and my path has changed from that platform. I want to keep the "Extravaganza" a portal for all things r/c heli related, but my builds and my blog (coming soon) are going to gas power focused. I'm going to start a blog on the site called "Flight Log" (heh... real creative, I know). It's going to be a gasser based blog with a smattering of whatever I'm flying at the moment, or whatever is flying through my head. I've already changed a bunch of things. Some of the links were dead so I killed them off. I got rid of the mushrooms as a background. I brought the links to my cox media share down. As soon as I transfer the site to the new domain, I'll put the builds back up there first then here. I will be glad to post up links to anyone's site as long as its r/c related, and even post your videos or commentary.

Added a "Plank Division" to my site. Still need to do some housekeeping... spell check, clean up dead links.... make a new logo... make sure the pages look similar. I wrote the page with Firefox as the template so let me know if I.E. could use some clean up. http://planet doozer.com

Changed/changing it all around. Trying to make it more uniform and current. I use IE to check it with. I used to be a big Firefox fan, but there are too many hijacks for that browser and I can't afford to use it anymore. If you see something that needs some attention, let me know.

Tuning up the site, and making some major changes. The biggest one is that I'm getting rid of the heli section... for now. I explained on the main page but the gist is that the information that I had up regarding heli's was old. Flybarless has taken over and the bigger walbro carb gas engine helis are a thing of the past too. I'm not keeping up with the heli technology, and I can't see keeping the heli section up if I'm not going to keep it current. I'm also officially changing the name. As you can see by this thread, I've had the name heli extravaganza for many years. Someone at Triple Tree Ranch decided to use the name "heli extravaganza." They actually started using "heli extravaganza" in 2012 (2014 is the 3rd annual). My thoughts are, it would be extremely coincidental for those two words to appear together more than once, but I can't rule out coincidence. If it wasn't, and somebody just helped themselves to that name, I find that somewhat lame. That being said, I'm just going to call it "Planet Doozer" from now on. Hopefully it wasn't some asshat that couldn't be original, and I'll give them the benefit of "the doubt." It's a cool name though The main page and links should all be fixed. I added the EVA build and a few pictures as well as the GBR3, which for about a year has been "coming soon." For now, I'm linking RC Heli Talk builds with future plans to have them reside in both places. I don't have an email link, and I don't plan on adding one. If you need to contact me about site information, contact me here. I'll try to be a little more timely with the updates. This one is actually better than most since it is coming at 6 months in stead of a year or two. Let me know what you think, and if you have ideas, let me know. If I've got the time, I'll consider anything. Robby
