This one is going into the winter build rotation. At 58 bucks it's a no brainer. It needs a lot of tinkering according to a friend that has one, and that guy also scratch built one. Plenty to keep me busy. I've visited the SR-71 on display at the Pima Air Museum many times. It makes the term "Awesome" seem an understatement when describing such a flying masterpiece. Attachments:

I've been wondering about these! My only worry is that visibility will be an issue. That's one of the main reasons I never bought the Spirit Bomber with twin EDFs and no rudder.

Yeah, orientation will be an issue. I'll need to keep it close enough to see the details on both the top and bottom. Might need to add some non scale paint or tape on the bottom.

Yup, I hate the thought of ruining the sleek, stealth look, but losing a plane due to orientation is a downer.
