With winter right around the corner my thoughts are turning a bit toward indoor flying. Regrettably. Summer was too long in coming and didn't stick around long enough. Such is life. Must make the best of it. Boo Hooo. So, to cheer myself up, I picked up a BNF Basic UMX Extra 300. I'd had my eye on this plane awhile. Thought it might be fun indoors and on the low wind days outdoors. I set up the D/R and Expo per the manual and took it into the parking garage for a quick test. Yep, this is going to be fun. As luck would have it, it was calm this AM, so I took it to the school for the maiden. She flew great. Aileron roll hovers, Harriers, flat spins, knife edge, pretty much everything and all on low rates at mid throttle. Winter may be on the way, but I feel much better now. Maybe I'll be able to talk the inhouse photographer into taking some flying photos.

Man you have quite a fleet going now 19K. I think PZ should consider sponsoring you for all the testing your doing...
