Got my cyclics today. All wires routed. All firring the right direction. The first one o set up is binding like crazy. The bellcrank alone is smooth as glass and moves easily. Servo alone is smooth and easy to move. But like this they bind I think I'm off to bed. I've got all weekend to finish it

Did you size your ball links. Starting to think the bind is from the rod ends. Rods aren't quite parrale. The outer holes are slightly wider then the bell crank.
Thanks for the pic.

got everything adjust at half stick. found it od that the all rods needed tweakeing and the el was spot on from the rod lenghts out of the book. also swapped out the two rod ends incase i stressed them to much on the big balls and got the correct balls on. the servo wheels came with two ball sizes ofcourse i grabbed the big ones first tonight or tommorrow ill plunk the head on start doing the zip tie swash leveling. ohh in the pic i need to swap the balls to the outside of the bellcrank.
