That reminds me of a time when my wife and I were out in the middle of Lake Huron, cruising along in our boat, being real laid back, no land or other boats in sight, enjoying our aloness, when some guy in an Air Guard F-16 snuck up on us from the stern. Never saw him coming. He went over at about 100 ft. and 300-400 knots. The noise was deafening. Scared the crapola out of us. Then we laughed our arses off.
