Where are you checking the temp? You need to check it at the top of the head. Right at the glow plug if you can.
190-200 would be good right at the plug.

122 on the glowplug. I've found were the head bolts on is also about the same within a few degrees. Also finding at an idle it cools down to upper 80s by the time I stop the blades. So I'm pretty much laying down so I can shoot the head just below the anadized blue. I need someone to take a pic as I'm laying under the spinning blades to get my ten reading.
I did pitch pumps full pitch bothways bogging the motor then put it on the ground right away to get a reading.
I'm about 1 3/8 out on the high and still rich on the low next time out ill do some minor tweaking on the low. And see what temp does since I'm mostly idleing around.
I did some halfway loop attempts were I saw it cominginverted then chicknd out and rolled out as it lost altitude since I was dropping the stick to half.
Ohhh first tank today I'm doing steep stall turns dropn the stick well below have and I thought the motor died so I keep decending my finger Ridn the the switch thinking something was going wrong. So I'm doing a long fat decent motor notice non existent now. Going to flare it and land in the grass. Well I got to my flare point and I cob the left stick and the motors wraps out. I was freaking flying normal mode. I rarely fly normal because of that very reason.
Tail is pretty much holding steady no wag. But I'm hafnium to boot the gyro a few times to get it to initalize. Its plenty climatized. Thinking the 20 degree temps are causeing that.
My tail is so freaking rock solid now pitch pumps bogging the motor hard and not letting it catch up. The tail stays solid no wags no drifting n nothing. My 450 if I held full pi
