dang it i coulda bought a 700 no eltronics for what i have int o the dx8. but that was needed right.

on youtube i see 600 n with a 20cc zen in the align nitro frame, hmmmmmmmmm

but i want a 700


g30 is like 800 something no blades no eltronicics.
700s airframes are 350 400 hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Let me know what you do. I've seen some gassers at local fly-ins and they are cool.
But they end up putting outrunner generators on them to power the Rx battery and they send the engines off to be balanced and stuff. I think one guy said he had $2000 into it. But the thing was SMOOTH.

wouldnt be suprised since a 700 nitro is pushn 2 grand already whats a few hundred bucks more to have the crank and clutch balanced. i could balance the clutch but the crank could use attention. hansons modded motors are balanced and cost rougly the same as 90-105 nitro motor.

ill pass on the onboard generator and just charge my rx battery every 5 or 6 10 minute flights

realy the 700 size gasser like a radikal 30 cost no more then the 90 size nitros all the same eltronics mostly cept most run stator gator govs on the gassers .
the zenoah 23CC bare bones heli engine i sposed to be smooth as is without bustin the crank out of it.

if you meant 2grand into the engine this is a difrent story and those folks are only spending the money because they have it to spend.

i can go gas on my 600 for roughly 600 dollars. price will move around between the 23-29cc engines but i haent decided what engine yet. just keep reading that the 23cc zen is smooth right out of the box and is 329 i think. probly go with the centure kit since its got everything i need inlduding clutch and what not. the kit is 375, grrrrrrr already over my 600 dollar figure but with that ill be flying for about 50cents a flight compared to 5 dollars and getn 20-30 minutes of flight time on a tank.
