Absolutely plug and play brushless mod for your MCP X. The stock tail works fine with the 5.5 inch extended boom and KBDD tail blade. Crazy fast little heli with the Novus CP BLS motor. I had to cut the frame a little to stuff the motor in. Just take an Exacto knife and cut the flat spots off the side of the motor well/shroud. Also using the 300mAH Nanotec lipos and KBDD main blades. Like the lipos and hate the blades. The blades are warped and fly wobbly. They seem to be straightening a little more daily though and flew way better today but I was also running the BLS mod for the first time with a drastically higher head speed sooo...

Set my timer on my 9303 to work as a stop watch and flew a Nanotec and a stock eFlite lipo to low voltage shut down in idle up.
300mAh Nano got 3:51 200mAh eFlite got 2:51
I have five of each but I doubt the eFlite lipos get any use. They got 5:00 with the stock motor but the BLS is killing them.

Took the KBDD blades off. They are too slow in cyclic control but very stable in hovering.
The stock e-Flite blades are much better at any 3D stuff.
