I know we all have our online favorites, but I've been giving these people a try lately:

RC Dude - www.rcdude.com/servlet/StoreFront This guy doesn't sell a lot of kits, but he carries motors, batteries and chargers, ESC's, props, servos, etc. Free USPS priority shipping on orders over $99. Shipping is very fast.
Troy Built Models - www.troybuiltmodels.com/ Planker stuff mainly, though, they have some stuff that could cross over to helis. Expensive as hell shipping. $12 dollars on a $40 dollar item they could put in an small box and ship for a couple of bucks. They do offer free shipping on some items (DLE engines)
McMaster-Carr www.mcmaster.com/# I'm sure some of you have heard of these guys. Whether it be tools, building supplies, if these guys don't have it, I'd be surprised. They sell name brand stuff you can get at Home Depot or Lowes i.e. Dremel, Loctite, Milwaukee, DeWalt and it's at compareable prices. However they sell a lot of off the beaten path stuff like high temp silicone tubing in small ID's (nitro guys), or hard to find larger ID's for exhaust; Windsocks; Scales; Sheets of Carbon Fiber....
They ship fast as well, and the shipping cost wasn't bad... not great... but not bad either.

So you can use your usual people, but if can't find something your looking for, you might try out one of these guys.

McMaster Carr - Ordered on the 5th @ 2pm, and the package was on my doorstep this morning (10AM)... the 7th. Less than two days! The purchase was $15 and the shipping was $5 dollars. I ordered 4 different 1ft tube sections. 2 semi clear white 5/8" ID and 3/4" ID and two semi clear blue (same sizes). Each section of tubing is about 14".

So the shipping was ultra fast, the price of the tubing was good, the shipping price was about as good as it's going to get, and they sent me 8" more than I ordered.
