I'm tryn a plank.   Also working on getn a high wing trainer by the weekend. I have the escapade down loaded on my realflight sim and have been practicing a lot. |

Welcome to the plank world. You're doing it the right way by working with the sim first.
Good to start with a high wing. Hobbyzone's Super Cub is an excellent first plane/trainer.

I dunno. 610s ,ar8000, ccbec 20amp ,glow power. Hoping the trainer has a 40 or 46 on it

made some progress, still acking funds to buy a power plant. everything buttoned down and waiting on a powerplant of some kind    this is the under side with the cast reg and satelight its now all cleaned up. the battery has to go on the fueltank because i want to be able to remove it to charge.  this is the top kinda buttond down cheap hextronick servos and ds520 on the throttle  |

That's shaping up nicely.
You might want to stick with low rates for a few flights until you get used to how the plane reacts to control inputs.
If you can swing a .46 you'll likely be more happy with that in the longer term.

ive got it set for 70% and 30 expo on norm then st1 is more agressive then st2 even more agressive. actualy not sure what numbers i dialed in. hmmmmmmm i may have set it up in norm to ill have to check it out now. heres a few more pics a few pics kinda ll buttoned up    wasnt quite buttoned up under here whn i took this pic. cast reg and sat are hiding down here |
