Good choice r/c. You're going to have a blast with it. And, it's near indestructible except for the plastic body.

I received the 1sq in the mail this past weekend. So far I have 6 flights on it, like what I used to say at my old job, "I'm lovin it!" Its a ton of fun flying around the house. It has the stability of the mcx and the agility of a CP heli. I've crashed it numerous times without any damage and even let my brother have a try. I only have one flight outside but its definitely going to find a permanent place in the hangar.
Its also a great way to keep my skills sharp. To bad this wasn't out before I learned to hover nose in, it would of helped alot!
I've also added a number of other toys to my fleet in the past couple months including a Flyzone Calypso glider, and a Duratrax Brushless Evader Rc car all from Towerhobbies Scratch and dent for half price! I just haven't had the time to use them much. And possibly tomorrow I may be getting a Team Associated RC18T Rc car.

That 1SQ is one quick little quad. You'll be surprised by how much wind it can handle. Tell us more about your Calypso. I don't own a glider and have had my eye on the Calypso and the Radian.

The Calypso is alot of fun to fly. Its my first glider so I don't have anything to compare it too, but its very easy to fly. However trying to find thermals is another story.. It floats forever with the throttle off and makes for a great lazy Sunday flier. And you can fly it around like any other sport plane with the throttle on. My favorite thing to do is fly as high as I can until its just a dot in the sky and see how long I can stay in the air for. I've only been able to fly it a few times so I don't have a good handle on it yet. Compared to the Radian I think the Calypso would be better because it has ailerons and already has the cutouts for flaps ready to be installed. However the Radian Pro has both but is also more expensive than the Calypso. If you watch the Scratch n dent at Towerhobbies you can get one for a reasonable price. I got mine for around $120 back around Christmas time. I'm planning on putting a video camera on it and taking some aerial video this summer. Heres a picture of my 1sq and the Team Associated RC18T that I just got today- Attachments:
