The LAMA was featured w/12 other helis and jets in RCturbine jet+helicopter magazine, a mag from germany and translated to english. Seems we are way behind on all rc stuff compared to the Germans. HeliCommander anyone???
For 1500 + Mechanics, you can have a nice scale turbine. There's no less than 50 engine variations from 18 Companies w/complete heli drive set-ups alread in frame for sale. And yes, the Align Trex 700 has been certified for a turbine install. The wren mw 44 turbo is fitted and avail for the 700. F3C and FAI are gearing for Certification for 2010 3D events.
