I would have to say probably not the plastic would probably would not be tough enough for that but then again I could try it and let you know. I have thought about using it to make a mold and using kevlar or carbonfiber to make the blades. I had a wild Idea of building a coaxial with 28" blades the blades being the hardest part to build. What size are the 53 #1 blades?

I think the total span on a 53#1 is a little over 17" Ray
