i puchased several metal head parts form RTF-heli.com.. Composite Blade Grip , Metal Swash Plate , Metal Paddle Control Frame , on the assumption that those parts fit the falcon 40 properly cause it was available on the site . now i read in this forum that some parts dont fit right . im having snagging issues with the metal paddle control frame . anybody know if there is anything i can do to make this fit better . and yes i am using recommended pushrods

The Metal Blade Grip, Metal Control Paddle, and Metal Swashplate fit the Exceed Falcon 40 using the Metal Rotor core hub. The Metal Blade Grip and Metal Paddle Control Frame require the bigger Ring like push rod. The ring like push rod is tight in the beginning but will over time become loose. If you can;t wait for the ring like push rod to get loose, then press in each ring like push rod in towards the swashplate. Leave the top part of the ring like push rod connected. That will loosen up your control frame.

Ahh.. So it is the push rod ;D. I added all this stuff yesterday. Other then the paddle control frame being to big for the head cores plastic pivot(I lengthened this). The only concern was the stiffness that came on just as I added that second push rod.
Good post with even better timing.
