XMSellers started selling the G401B gyro a few months ago and the reviews have been very good. Check RCGroups for feedback. Price at XM has been $36, which is definitely decent, but DealExtreme has it now for $23.50 shipped. For that price, I'm going to give it a try. www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.20020

Howdy Solitaire: I just ordered two of these, along with the 450 tail they had the deal on. I'll try to do a review on the gyro as soon as it gets here! Unless you beat me to it!
That is a great find! Thanks, Kent

I almost bought that one too but wasn't sure on the quality. Ended up getting the telebee as it was down from $65 to $44 on RC Super Sales. Not a bad deal and also smaller so cuts down on weight and space. Supposed to be just as good as the HDX or Align one, just looks like it has been rebranded actually if you compare them.

A review would be great, Kent. I got one of these for the EXI (when it gets here) plus another tail assembly. The tail works so well on the Neon, I couldn't come up with a better alternative for the EXI.

Received the Mystery gyro today from DX. Seems to have all the necessary functions, although it won't be installed on the EXI for a while to actually test it. When ordering, I noticed the packaging says "Mystery Lithium Polymer Battery" and figured it was a misprint. Well, those crazy Chinese must be saving on packaging costs, since that's exactly what it says. And who knows what a "GYRD" is. Not the lightest of gyros at 14.2 grams (4.5 grams heavier than the Telebee), but that won't matter on a 450 heli.
