Has anybody used Boomtown Hobbies? How are they for customer service, shipping time and other things? Thanks.

I use them, basher.
Good communication and shipping...even to Canada.
They are small, but run a good ship.

I have placed 2 orders from them. Both received in 3 days without any problems. I would recommend them.

I have ordered from them 3 or 4 times and like the others have had no problems. Great service, reasonable prices, and fast shipping.

I ordered the metal core upgrade from them today. I sent another email asking to let me know if they didn't have it as I have had issues with ordering stuff and then finding out its out of stock. Anywho, got a reply in about 10 mins saying it is in stock and shipping today, great!! I then asked to add a couple things as an afterthought and then didn't check my email for a couple hours. I then got a call from Jamie there saying he had sent the email but wanted to let me know the extra stuff wasn't in stock but offered some alternatives. He said he wanted to make sure I knew today so the order could still be shipped. Great service there, some of the best I have had so far. Now just awaiting the parts but I'm sure they will be all fine. Very happy with the level of service so far. ;D ;D ;D

Thanks guys Im am very happy with them. I ordered Thursday night and got it Monday, very very fast shipping considering coming from oregon to michigan. I ordered super landing gear and the xtreme hub and have no complaints so far with the products.

I can say that Boomtown Hobbies are now one of my top on the list. After the personal phonecall and quick postage (same day), it only took 2 days to get from Oregon to Connecticut, super fast!! The part was perfect and I'm up and flying again. They get a big thumbs up from me ;D
