I have received my order from these folks, everything was in perfect shape and was well packed. The price is about half of the US suppliers. Shipping was about the same price as the US. Communication with these people is first rate. The parts I ordered took about 10 days to get here.
I will be shopping at Hobby-Wing again.

I placed an order with them about 1-1/2 weeks ago and the same day I placed the order I received a very nice email saying that one of the parts was backordered. They siad that the item should be back in stock in 1-2 days and that if I left the order in force that it would receive top priority when the part came back in stock. I was thinking..."yeah right", but I let the order stand anyway. Sure enough, two days later I received a shipping notice from them and according to USPS my parts should be here tomorrow.
I think a few other places could learn a thing or two from Hobby-Wing when it comes to communication with the customer.
