Well, I decided rather than selling the Exi Squadron to go ahead and just disassemble it. The parts will be useful as spares for when I crash the other two. I didn't need three 450's!
It's amazing how fast you can disassemble one of these down to a bucket of parts! It took about 20 minutes to get ALL of the screws out and all of the parts in a pile!
I really decided to do this as one of the main shaft bearings was getting some slop and was making noise. That and the fact that after reading Fergie's post about the tail pulley coming loose inside the heli and rubbing on the servo, I checked closely and mine was starting to do that, too. So, screw it. I just took the old tools to it!!
That was fun! It's kind of nice too, looking at all these spare parts now.
