Okay, I have forgotten, so remind me. Did you order a CNC tail for it? Mine showed up from Deal Extreme in 14 days flat.

I have not yet but it is in the works. As a matter of fact, I think I will do that right now.

Well, crash count is up to 2. Did it right this time with grips, feathering shaft (screw broke when I tried to remove it. Boom, flybar and probably a couple of things I'm forgetting. Posted about it in Advanced (although I am not even close to advanced).
My point is, I was working on a real good build post with details and pics. I will have to wait on that.
BTW, Tony, I replaced my main shaft with an Align. I replaced the tail blades with stock Align plastic also. That thing hovered as smoothly as any I have seen. Stable and as steady as could be. It wasn't bad before. You can see it in the video I posted. But it was top rate after I got rid of that little bit of shaft movement.
I'm going to try to replace parts with Align, as I am able. Not going to go with an Align CNC rotor assembly. Can't afford that yet. But I will probably put a CopterX on it.

This is the CopterX CNC head and tail that Kent put me on to. I don't think you can go wrong for $48 shipped. Here's a side by side with the tail from DX (on the right) and the CopterX that came with the above head . Almost identical.
