Heard of a few problems with the ac6, but you can't beat the price.
Happy landings

Whoa! You're not kidding about the freight charges. It showed $26 for regular mail and $96 for UPS 2 day.

Hey BT, How's the EXI build going? Yea, I was going to buy a $35 dollar item from them and the shipping was going to be $32. ..........yea right. I'm gonna buy that. I emailed them about it yesterday. If I dont hear from them by Tuesday Im going to call them. That's rediculous. (Hope I spelled that right). Also, I just checked to see what it would cost to buy one Lipo. Not bad........2200 mah/ 25c / 11.1 v for $29........shipping was $15......

Well, the build is more of a piddle and polish thing right now. I have done most everything I can do to the heli outside of decorating the canopy. I even programmed as much of the TX as I could. I am minus my cyclic servos. If I would have known it would take 18 days to get them from Canada, I would have paid a little more and gotten them closer. Looking at the chargers and an extra battery or two. The AC6 looks tempting. Have to wait at least until May to plop the money down

BT, if you are serious about the AC6 you might want to go ahead and put that on your card. From what Lowbudget posted, they only received 500. 500 wont last very long at the price they are. Just a suggestion.
Hate to hear that on your servo's. That sucks. Thats as bad as my order from China.

Ripoff artists on the freight. I got the Accucel-6 from HobbyCity (before XHeli started carrying the Thunder line) and it was only $12 to ship. The AC6 is about the best deal on the market right now, providing there are no problems with it. Maybe 19k can elaborate on his statement. Hint, Hint BT, sorry to hear about the servos. It shouldn't take that amount of time. I ship stuff to Illinois from here and the longest was 15 days. Usually around 10-12. Still way too long as far as I'm concerned. We're just a border away.
