Got some new links from Ray today and boy are they cool. With the turnbuckle design,I'm no longer limited to half turns at a time for adjustment.Well, technically, you can go quarter turns if you go one end at a time,,,I digress ;D Anywho, now I can leave the links on and go a millionth of a turn if I want.I mean really micro-adjust the links. I have them on and have test flown them TODAY. Thanks Ray.This is a product worth marketing...

Thanks Guys these are just prototypes looks to me like I could have gave you a few more threads Ernie!! test them out they should give infinite adjustment. It looks like I should have made some for the servos too so get back to me if there are any changes needed. Thanks Ernie.... Ray

No Ray.The threads are fine.I was out test flying my heli when the links arrived and I'm holding way back on pitch right now.
I'll be putting some length to them soon as I get my thumbs back.lol..
Been a couple weeks and I have had my Helicommand dialed way down.
Great job Ray.

Ray, I'm seriously impressed. That is one smart idea! Well, actually two smart ideas. First, the concept of the infinetly adjustable linkage and second, letting Ern field test them ;D
I second Ern. This is a product worth marketing.

I just tore it down to see if the links would improve adjustment at the servo and I don't think it would. When you add one way it takes away from the other so the single pair is plenty for infinite adjustments.
Thanks again Ray

Thanks Ray. This one is far and away the best heli I've ever built. I bought it assembled but there is not one single piece that I haven't replaced and I've had it torn down to the last washer and bearing a dozen times trying to get it perfect. Right now when I kill the motor and hit the throttle hold it takes a full 45 seconds for the blades to wind down.
Smoooothe ;D

I agree with everyone here Ray.What a great idea and solution. Would definably be a boon to newbies like me with set up challenges.
Time to get it to market! ;D

Well if it is unanimous then I guess that is what I will do I will let Ernie and a few others test them to make sure ther are no problems. They are made from oil hardened drill rod so they should not go anywhere.. Ray
