Yeah, sol, the "global moderator" handle should come with a godlike figure, watchful, stern faced, with a white beard and flowing robes, looking down from the sky avatar. How did Dave overlook that? ;D

I just popped in to read a little and no way could I not respond to some remarks on this thread... Nobody rubbed me the wrong way and I'm not bored with the members. One of(if not the main)reason for deleteing the account was the six star legendary member crap. Just seemed a little pretentious.Like bragging. What I am bored with is my heli Absolutely nothing new to add. The lil bird has become dependable to a fault. I am shelving it until it sells and I can move on to a 600 or .50 class. I appreciate all the Kudos given here although I don't really feel deserving lately. I won't be posting much until I have something new to add. I do have some pix to post of a lil 4-wheeler excursion this weekend. That is BTW the kind of stuff I'll be busy with for a while. I'm keeping some sim time going to avoid dumb thumbing a new heli but my Outrage's are safe for a while. Thanks again for not counting me out when I have one of my little meltdowns ;D Well Ernie, like Trevor said, I am mosltly a reader and not a poster, since I don't feel I have as much to contribute as you more seasoned guys here. But you are a good read in these forums and your lack of posts will be missed until you take up the reigns again. Thanks for all your help on the G2 hotrod which I still have some issues to research due to my noob status but will look forward to your inevitable return. Dlan

Hey Mckrackin! It's great to see you typin!! I liked your 'Legendary Member'!!! That could have been 'Supreme Being' though, too.
It's also great that you sold your 500!!
If you decide to go the big 'N', me thinks you won't like the mess. I still have a 20 year old .60 heli that I never could do anything with but crash. It's a Kalt Baron, and no, there are zero parts available for those any more. I gave up flying for 20 years because of that!
Man I'm glad I renewed the hobby and found folks like YOU who helped me out so much!! I'm sure I'd still be flying coaxes if you hadn't helped me with some much needed reinforcement when I was learning the HB.
I can't wait to hear about what you get!!!! Best, Kent

I have been seriously considering going nitro myself. I have been talking to one of the guys at the LHS about getting together everything for a .90 size. You know what they say...Go big or go home. ;D ;D Only problem is I really want to upgrade to a JR X9303 radio too. Can't do both right now so which to do first is the question that is killing me.
P.S. Welcome back Mc.

Thanks for all your help, you taught me a LOT! (and cost me even more ;D)

I got the kit plus an upgrade for the tail blade grips. I've built enough helis to do it blindfolded I think. This is my first 600 but the Trex line are mostly more of the same, only bigger or smaller.
Thanks for the Kudos.lol...
