Boy Dooz,I don't know what to say that you don't already know.
I had a wag that couldn't be adjusted away. Turned out the gyro was mounted a little loose so it moved and it was always playing catch up with the tail.
That's a very unlikely problem though.

Food for thought though Ern. I watched the installation videos and CY said something about not having it strapped too tight. I did kind of crank it down so... I'll try loosening it up some. If that doesn't work, I'm going to change the receiver to the JR 9 channel that came with the radio. I kind of wanted to save it because I'm going to be getting a 700 nitro soon (a month or so). Ah well.... I'll get to the bottom of it if it means changing out my speed controller and motor. Seems like if I'm getting that much noise it wouldn't matter what Gyro I put on.

Well that's the craps, Dooz. It appears that there is no change even with the adjustments you did in between liftoffs. Perhaps the gain just isn't working on the channel you have it? Is there another Rx you can use with Aux one and two just to check?
edit OK, I see the question answered

I'm going to check for slop like Akent suggested, loosen the strap on the Gyro so its not picking up extra vibration, then sacrificing a chicken and offering it up to Jobu.... if all that doesn't work, I'll change out the receiver.
I sent an email to CY inc. and linked my video, referenced my phone call today, and asked for help. We'll see what happens.

The build is done... I want to clean up the solder on the wires so I'm going to desolder and resolder the wires. I went to Home depot today and bought a Weller 100/140 watt soldering gun. I bought more 12 gauge wire and I'm going to make a few more harnesses as well. The CG is almost perfect. I have all the batteries, including the BEC battery in the nose and it sits just about as level as you can get. I did have to change the linkage size. The servos I'm using are thinner than the suggested Align Servos. So I had to shorten them. This threw this threw everything off just a tad so I had to change a few other links to get the swash level. I am going to spin it up tomorrow, but because I'm afraid to fly it with the bad radio, I'm not going to put it in the air. I say this now we'll see when the blades are spinning. I'm certainly not going to fly it. I will video the spin up and post it. great post!!!! 5 starrs!
