this is what i have so far os 50 hyper, hatori bobbwatts pipe, savox 1258tg(throttle), savox 1290mg(tail), gy520 robbed off my 450, ar6200 itl work for now till i upgrade to dx7 maybe 8. not sure how im going to power the reciever but i do have some 40 and 30 amp speed controls laying around. ill probly use one of those along with a 3cell 2200 battery till i figure out something better. next big purchase is the airframe nitro pro with redcanopy and probly maverick wide cords from highfly heli at the same time. maybe sooner if if my pending paypal funds are released. then 3 for 1258tg's or ds610s for the cyclics and shes flying. thats it for now, this will probly be the slowest build youv seen yet

I've learned to enjoy slow builds. I used to get everything in a hurry then rush to build it. Now I get more satisfaction from a long build done right.

What's wrong with the fuel system? It's worked flawlessly for decades.

I dunno probly just over thinking. The throttle servo and stuff has be scratching My head. Think the arm on servos to short. Or the arms need to be 90 degree off from eachothet.

It's looking like you're getting it sorted out. I've actually never seen the nitro frame for the 600 since I converted an Electric to gas, but the links should work. The manual for the LE shows the throttle linkage to be at an angle like yours... so yours looks correct. You can loosen the screw for the throttle servo horn on the engine so you can get it to match 90 on your servo.
Looking good man! Just blades away from flying...

at and ange both arms sitting paralell like the manual shows it like cambs over at full throttle and just barrely even makes it to full throttle on the carb mark indicater. i tried reversering the servo and pulling off the other end of the arm(does that make since?) and that works better. ill have to get a pic. when the servo is at full throttle the carb is two but the pushrods making dang near a straight line through the servo arm and carb arm. im working on the gyro now. wondering if this is to much cushion for the gy520 gyro. its foam i cut out of a old blade holder that will have lokt tite double sided tape securing it on both sides ill get a pic of the throttle

The throttle link and servo horn should be level and parallel (like your pic) at 50% throttle. That's why it's over extending on you.

okay so half stick 50%?? and center notches on the throttle indicattor on the carb?
ill try it.
uour awesome, i dont know why i didnt think of that. at half stick 50% and carb at half throttle both arms level it works prefect. no bind at all. i just set my end point and its perfect.
now back to tail

Set the lengths on the throttle servo horn and throttle control arm to get your end points as close to +/- 100% as possible.
Remember that the throttle trim has to be all the way down when you set end points.
Trim all the way down and 0% throttle will kill it.
To start it,leave the throttle stick on 0% and raise the trim to halfway. That should be an idle.
