I just put in the brushless mtor and the pinion. One problem I see is that the hole in the pinion is too wide for the brushless motor. So what happens is that the pinion spins in its own little circle when it is attached to the brushless motor.

The pinion shaft is 2.0mm and the steel hardened Rhino pinion is 2.3mm There are no steel hardened pinions for a 2.0mm shaft. I have used the pinion on these motors and they work fine. You needed to get the hex key as I was explainning as you will strip the grub screw head. Your sandpappered allen key will just spin and spin and you will think you have screwed in as hard as you can the grub screw, but you have not. At this point, I'm not sure if you can get the grub screw out even if I sent you the proper hex key.
I will for one time only, send you another steel hardened pinion and a hex key. Since you appear to be having a rough time.

Ok thank you. Hopefully by the time it gets here it will stop being windy and/or rainy in my area. Its been either light rain and no wind or 10mph wind and no rain. Both are bad for the heli. Yeah, thanks a lot. I'm just wondering, how many brushless kits have you sold so far.

I just used the supplied screws that came with the towerpro servos to screw the servos in. I used a tiny 1/16 drill bit and mounted the servos in using the standard frame clips(they do not hold alone). Then using the servo itself as a guide I drilled a tiny hole into the frame clip. Then screwed the servo screws into the clips. I did have to finagle the drill to get it in there. I also ran the bottom screw a bit crooked. However the servos do not move at all.
I sure wish I had a camera to show you guys, but I just need one more parts order first. ;D
